Overview
We are looking for a skilled HR Executive Intern to support all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will assist business operations and ensure proper implementation of HR policies while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture at TestSeriesPro.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment by drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate performance appraisal systems and feedback.
• Handle employee inquiries and policy-related concerns.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
• Organize employee engagement activities.
• Track training needs and coordinate development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Communicate HR policies between management and employees.
• Build relationships with college placement officers.
• Coordinate and schedule campus drives.
• Present TestSeriesPro and TSP app to students.
• Collaborate on proposal emails and campus communications.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment records using HR systems.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in HR or related field.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and recruitment techniques.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and compensation structure.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP / PHR) is a plus.
