Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to help interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. You will play a key role in guiding decision-making through actionable insights derived from user behavior, sales performance, and platform analytics data at TestSeriesPro.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze user behavior and test performance data from the TSP app.
• Create reports and dashboards to visualize trends and KPIs.
• Support management with actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in datasets.
• Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Track student performance across test series and generate insights.
• Use data insights to improve platform usability and test experience.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation of data processes and analyses.
• Recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and student outcomes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling.
• Knowledge of education or EdTech analytics is a plus.
• Basic understanding of APIs and data integration preferred.
