Overview
TestSeriesPro is an innovative EdTech platform providing high-quality test preparation solutions across competitive exams. We are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate Business Development Executives (BDEs) to contribute to our mission of transforming test preparation in India. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote our products and services to institutions and students.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and onboard new clients (colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, corporates).
• Establish partnerships with digital marketing institutes, schools, and influencers.
• Drive affiliate and channel partner onboarding.
• Pitch TestSeriesPro products and subscription plans to institutions and students.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Engage institutions for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Suggest strategies to improve market penetration and revenue.
• Work closely with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation.
• Provide MIS reports on sales performance and pipeline.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of sales process and customer relationship management.
• Ability to generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Confidence in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of EdTech industry is a plus.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory).
• Experience in EdTech sales, B2B sales, or institutional tie-ups is an advantage.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
• Number of institutional tie-ups per month.
• Revenue achieved vs targets.
• Number of affiliates and influencers onboarded.
• Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
