Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team at TestSeriesPro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and educational partners, explaining our test preparation platform, and guiding them through the enrollment or partnership process.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions from the provided database.
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of TestSeriesPro offerings.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information over the phone.
• Follow up with interested leads via call, WhatsApp, or email.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Persuade potential users to register on the platform or schedule a demo.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Assist with feedback collection from users and institutions.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years telecalling or customer service experience (Freshers can apply).
• Fluency in English and regional languages preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in a goal-driven environment.
