Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage daily human resource operations and support business growth through effective people management practices. You will ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture at TestSeriesPro.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment processes by drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
• Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist in HR policies and procedure implementation.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and feedback support.
• Handle employee queries and resolve policy-related concerns.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
• Organize employee engagement activities.
• Track training needs and coordinate development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Communicate HR policies between management and employees.
• Build relationships with college placement officers.
• Coordinate campus drives and student participation.
• Present TestSeriesPro and TSP app benefits to students.
• Collaborate with placement officers for proposal emails and communication.
• Maintain recruitment activity records using HR systems.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and compensation structures.
• HR Certification (SHRM-CP / PHR) is a plus.
